What an awesome achievement for the town from Rotary Lunenburg, such a caring worldwide volunteer organization, and its wonderful partners 143 Construction Engineering Flight, RCAF members and the Fisheries Museum. Visionary action at its best with a small but mighty bunch of people.
The Volunteers of the Society met us at the Market on Nov. 17 to receive our donation for their cause of resettling homeless families. On the right is Loretta Souter and on the left is Patricia Smith.

In October 2019 The Northern Pikes rocked the Opera House as the headliner for the Rotary fall fundraising event.
Multi Juno Award winning artist, Ashley MacIsaac performed July 2019 at the Opera House and brought the house down with his talent, charm, and generosity.
Not a dry eye at the Central United Church when North America's only coal miners choir, the Men of the Deeps gave a memorable performance at a 2018 fundraising event.
